Gressingham duck breast stuffed with wilted spinach drizzled with a red currant jus and served with dauphinoise potatoes and celeriac puree
Trio of salmon – poached salmon and clam broth, parmesan and herb crusted salmon on a saffron risotto, and salmon, prawn and crème fraiche pie topped with pomme puree
